Porto Alegre is a fresh, sweet, and captivating Port wine. Exhibiting notes of caramelised citrus fruits, it also features hints of dried apricots, raisins, and ripe figs. It is a young, fruity, and very smooth Port wine.
Winemaking:
Porto Alegre Tawny Port has aged in very old 600-litre oak casks and other old oak vats for an average of 4 years old.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, Tinta Barroca.
Tasting Notes:
Porto Alegre Tawny is a tawny-colored Port wine with a youthful and aromatic profile. It presents fresh fruity aromas of caramelised orange peel and notes of ripe mango, along with delicious aromas of dried fruits such as raisins, dried dates, and dried apricots, along with a delightful acidity.

Serving temperature at 8ºC to 10ºC
